Australian Thermal Industries (ATI) was founded by two veterans of the construction and logistics/supply chain industries committed to developing and sourcing the best solutions for Australian builders.
As leading builders turn to steel framing for residential construction, the challenge of finding an efficient, reliable, and cost-effective thermal break or cavity batten has been front of mind in the housing industry.
ATI partnered with us early in their company journey recognising that, while they know the building industry like the back of their hand, fast-tracking their brand and product success was best left to an agency with proven experience.

“Our research found that builders wanted an alternative thermal break system or cavity batten solution that was less compressible, easier to install and more cost-effective than current options on the market,” ATI Co-Founder Aaron Hinkley told us, when we first asked about the company’s ‘why’.
Of course, when it came time to discuss ATI’s ‘how’, the forward-thinking duo already had proven, tested prototypes of their first product – the Cavi-Break Strip.
From an eye-catching logo design to a user-friendly website with copy crafted to catch the attention of the ‘big players’, we set out to put ATI on the map.
Before long the product was successfully ranged with Australia’s most iconic hardware retailers. Of course, we also assisted with the complex requirements associated with nationwide ranging agreements, like polished photos and ‘how-to’ videos.
Next came an engaging PR campaign to officially launch the Cavi-Break Strip, targeted at leading building and construction titles, which garnered a strong media response and led to industry-wide attention.
